Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 22phjoy ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://22phjoy.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 22phjoy platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 22phjoy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

22phjoy reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services on 22phjoy, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 22phjoy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 22phjoy reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 22phjoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 22phjoy support immediately via live chat. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

22phjoy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22phjoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank via InstaPay or PESONet. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the platform's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 22phjoy is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform's cashier section.

4.3 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 22phjoy does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 22phjoy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

22phjoy may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 22phjoy account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

22phjoy actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or any other conduct that the platform determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, 22phjoy reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

22phjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phjoy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities;
• Cheating and collusion: Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using any method to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider;
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your 22phjoy account;
• Abusive behavior: Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward 22phjoy staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22phjoy platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, trademarks, and service marks, is the exclusive property of 22phjoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 22phjoy platform without prior written consent from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of 22phjoy's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22phjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.

22phjoy does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 22phjoy's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

22phjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

9.1 Player Tools

• Identification of the account holder as an ineligible person (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or a restricted employee).

Upon account closure for cause, 22phjoy reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 22phjoy support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 22phjoy platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. 22phjoy will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution.

Amendments to These Terms

22phjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 22phjoy platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
